Every voucher that appears on your profile is secured with a unique PIN linked to your account, meaning only you can redeem it. From here, you can manage, customize, and even change who has access to a voucher.

Check Balance – Instantly see how much value is left on a voucher and browse its entire redemption history, including dates, merchants, and amounts used.
Split – Break a voucher into smaller amounts to avoid losing unused value and shop more flexibly online or in-store.
Merge – Combine the balances of multiple vouchers into one larger voucher for big purchases.
Swap – Trade a voucher for another merchant’s option or a SureGifts generic voucher, with a small fee or deduction where applicable.
Reactivate – Bring expired vouchers back into use with a small deduction, extending their validity period.
Transfer – Send a voucher directly to another SureGifts user, keeping it secure while changing ownership.
Release – Detach a voucher from your profile entirely. This generates a fresh PIN, making it redeemable by anyone with that PIN — ideal for gifting outside SureGifts.

Business API (For Corporate Integration)

Issue Vouchers On-Demand: Programmatically create and deliver vouchers in real time through integration with internal systems such as HR portals, CRM software, or rewards platforms.
Balance & Status Checks: Verify if a voucher is valid, see its remaining balance, and track redemption status instantly to support customer queries or program monitoring.
Cancel Unused Vouchers: Void vouchers that have not yet been redeemed, ensuring budget control in campaigns or correcting issuance errors.
Reporting & Reconciliation: Access and export detailed reports, including voucher issuance dates, recipients, redemption amounts, and locations. This supports accounting audits and ROI analysis.

Merchant Tools

Redemption/POS App: A dedicated application or POS interface for merchants to validate vouchers, redeem them, check balances in real time, and print or email receipts. Supports both numeric code + PIN entry and scanning where available.
Merchant Locations Directory: An up-to-date online listing of all participating merchants, complete with store names, physical addresses, contact numbers, and operating hours.
Onboarding: Prospective merchants can apply via the “Become a Merchant” page, providing business details and agreeing to SureGifts’ merchant terms. Once approved, they gain access to the redemption platform, training materials, and support.

Key Rules

Validity: Standard voucher validity is 12 months from issuance unless otherwise stated.
Online Redemptions: Some merchants’ systems deduct the entire voucher value in a single use, even for purchases below the balance—splitting vouchers beforehand is recommended.
Non-Cashable: Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. If a purchase exceeds the voucher value, the customer must pay the difference via accepted payment methods.
Security: Treat voucher codes and PINs like cash—once redeemed, they cannot be reversed without merchant approval.
