Sign In or Create an Account: Go to suregifts.com.ng, log in with your email and password, or register a new account with your personal and contact details.
Choose Voucher Type: Browse categories or use the search to select a merchant-specific voucher, a SureGifts Generic voucher, or a third-party gift card.
Set Amount and Quantity: Input the exact value per voucher (subject to merchant limits) and quantity required.
Select Delivery Method:
- Email: E-code sent to recipient’s inbox (usually includes PDF).
- SMS: Code and PIN sent to a phone number (if supported).
- Physical Delivery: Printed voucher shipped within Nigeria to the recipient’s address.
Personalize (Optional): Add recipient name, a custom message, themed templates, or your company logo for branding.
Choose Payment Method: Pay using cards, bank transfer, or integrated payment gateways (supported methods may vary by region).
Receive Confirmation: The system emails you a purchase confirmation; delivery timelines vary by method.
Track Delivery Status: View voucher status in your account dashboard.

Business Platform

Access the Business Portal: Navigate to business.suregifts.com.ng and log in with your corporate account.
Bulk Order Setup: Use the CSV upload tool to import recipient data, voucher types, and amounts in bulk.
Voucher Customization: Apply company branding, event-specific themes, or personalized messages to each voucher.
Automated Scheduling: Set future delivery dates/times for campaigns.
Multi-Channel Delivery: Choose per recipient whether to send via email, SMS, or both.
API Integration: Optionally connect your internal HR, CRM, or rewards system to issue vouchers programmatically.
Real-Time Tracking: Monitor delivery status, redemption rates, and balance usage directly in the portal.
Reporting & Reconciliation: Export detailed transaction logs for accounting and program evaluation.

At checkout, choose “Pay with Gift Card” or “Voucher” if the merchant supports SureGifts.
Enter the voucher code + PIN exactly as shown (no spaces, correct case).
Confirm the discount or deduction amount before completing payment.
If your order value is less than the voucher amount, split your voucher in your SureGifts account first, as online systems often consume the full value in a single use.

Present your voucher (printed or digital) to the cashier before payment.
The cashier opens the SureGifts redemption app or POS terminal.
Voucher code + PIN are entered, validated, and deducted from the purchase amount.
A printed receipt confirms the redemption; any unused value remains available for future offline transactions.

Bills: Go to the Bills section, choose the biller (e.g., utilities, TV subscription), enter account details, select amount, and apply voucher as payment.
Airtime: Select your mobile network, input the phone number, choose top-up amount, and use your voucher to cover payment.
For partial payments, you may combine voucher and cash/bank payment where supported.

Verify Acceptance: Check the Merchant Locations directory or call the store before visiting.
Combine Value: Merge smaller vouchers before a large purchase to simplify checkout.
Preserve Balance: Use the split tool before online redemptions to avoid balance loss.
Track Usage: Monitor your account dashboard for transaction history and remaining balance.
Plan Before Expiry: Standard validity is 12 months; reactivation is possible online with a value deduction.
Security: Treat your voucher code + PIN like cash—do not share publicly.
