Voucher Types

• Merchant-Specific Vouchers: Usable only at the designated merchant’s physical or online store.
• Generic (Multi-Merchant) Vouchers: Redeemable at any of the partner merchants listed in the SureGifts network.
• Third-Party Vouchers: Other brand cards sold through SureGifts that may have different code formats.
• Code Formats: SureGifts vouchers typically include an 8- or 12-digit voucher code and a 4-digit PIN. Some third-party gift cards may have 18-digit codes.

Voucher Lifecycle Stages

1. Purchase

   • Via the SureGifts consumer website.
   • Through the SureGifts Business portal for bulk or corporate orders.
   • Using the SureGifts API for automated issuance and integration with external systems.

2. Delivery

   • Emailed as a digital code (with optional PDF attachment).
   • Sent via SMS (where supported).
   • Delivered physically as a printed card within Nigeria.

3. Redemption

   • Online at a participating merchant’s checkout by entering voucher code + PIN.
   • In-store via the SureGifts merchant POS/redemption app.
   • On the SureGifts website for bills or airtime purchases.

4. Post-Redemption Management

   • Check remaining balance.
   • Split vouchers into smaller denominations.
   • Merge multiple vouchers into one larger voucher.
   • Swap merchant-specific vouchers for a different merchant or generic.
